15 - 20 minute call to learn how the coaching partnership works and get an overview of the personal health assessment to be completed before the initial in-depth session.
Transformation Wellness Plan
9-12 sessions which include:
- Personalized Wellness Assessment
- Initial in-depth session of 60 to 75 minutes
- plus weekly or bi-weekly sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each or micro-sessions of 20 minutes each - depending on individual time constraints and needs
3-4 Month Renewal Wellness Plan
6-9 bi-weekly sessions to continue with short-term and long-term SMART goals with realistic action steps.
Monthly or Quarterly Renewal Wellness Plan
Individual sessions once a month or every quarter to refine SMART goals that lead to desired outcomes.
A minimum of three months of coaching is recommended in order to fully experience the benefits of health coaching. Research has shown to change health behavior and replace it with a sustainable new one, it takes three to six months.

How We Track Your Progress
Our integrative health coaches support you in tracking your progress — using a SMART framework to increase your chance of achieving your goals. The criteria for this is:
